1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹249 within India.

For orders below ₹249, a standard shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply depending on location.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3–5 working days

Other cities: 5–8 working days

Remote / rural areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holidays — we appreciate your patience

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment status anytime using that link.

6. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or courier delays.

Once the parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Shrungarika will not be held liable for theft or loss.
